4 c. cinnamon raisin bread crumbs (Break slices of bread into small pieces)
2 c. scalded milk with c. butter (The bread pudding will be richer if you add a little whipping cream into the milk before scalding)
c. sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Place bread crumbs in 1 quart baking dish. Blend in remaining ingredients. Place baking dish in pan of hot water (1" deep). Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until a kn life inserted 1inch from the edge comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
