Dessert Crust:
2 c. flour
c. brown sugar
c. chopped pecans
1c. butter, melted

Dessert Filling:
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 c. fresh strawberries or 16 oz. frozen strawberries
2 T. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients; spread evenly on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. When crust is cool, crumble it and sprinkle ⅔ of the crumbs in a 13X9 inch baking pan. Combine egg whites, sugar, strawberries, and lemon juice; beat at high mixer speed for 10-15 minutes until stiff peaks form. Fold in whipped cream; pour over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours before serving.
