Snickerdoodle Cookie Bars Recipe

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon

1. Cream butter, shortening and sugar together.
2. Add in eggs, one at a time.
3. Add in sour cream.
4. Combine dry ingredients together in small bowl.
5. Add in dry ingredients until combined.
6. Grease with butter a 13x9 pan and coat bottom and one inch up the sides with topping mixture.
7. Pour in cookie mixture and top with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
