2 cups white baking chocolate (do not use nestle)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chocolate in mixing bowl. You can microwave them for a few seconds to get them softened but do not need to.

2. In small saucepan, bring cream to just a boil and pour over chips.

3. Whisk until smooth. Stir in butter.

4. Chill for about 30 minutes, stirring once.

5. Beat on high 2-3 minutes, until soft peaks appear.
