1 package (71/2 ounces) Tortilla chips
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1 jar (16 ounces) thick and chunky salsa, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a large oven-proof platter, arrange half of the tortilla chips; top with 1/2 of cheese. Repeat. Place platter in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted; remove platter from oven. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine beans and salsa; heat until steaming. Pour bean mixture into a shallow 1 1/2-quart bowl. Spoon sour cream on half of bean mixture. Spoon guacamole on remaining half of bean mixture. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and sliced olives. Dip hot nachos into bean mixture. Serves 6-8 people for appetizers.
