1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 cups butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbsp. milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together butter, sugar and honey.
2. Add in egg until combined.
3. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg in small bowl.
4. Add in dry ingredients and mix together.
5. Add in milk until combined.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

These were Papaw Virgel's favorite cookies. They were always sitting on the counter at their house, at all times. They became a hit with his co-workers too, and Mimi used to make them for everyone!
HINT: Mimi used to use TANG orange juice instead of milk when she could!
