1/2 CUP BREADCRUMBS
1 CLOVE GARLIC
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TEASPOON BASIL
1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
1/2 CUP GREEN FRESH PEPPERS
1/2 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE
2 TEASPOONS BROWN SUGAR
2 TEASPOONS MUSTARD

MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, EXCEPT FOR THE BROWN SUGAR AND MUSTARD

MIX & SPREAD ON TOP OF THE MEATLOAF, 2 TEASPOONS BROWN SUGAR & 2 TEASPOONS MUSTARD

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES

TURKEY SHOULD NEVER BE GROUND UP, AND DEFINITELY DOES NOT REQUIRE AN EGG. (YUK !!). IT SHOULD BE ROASTED UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, AND CARVED ALONG SIDE OF RICED POTATOES, GREEN BEANS (LIMP), CORN AND MASHED TURNIP. CRANBERRY SAUCE MUST ALSO BE SERVED, ALONG WITH SOME GREAT STUFFING.
