1 4-pound beef brisket
Salt and pepper
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 cup catsup
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from beef and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix together soup mix, catsup, sugar, garlic and beer. Place beef on foil lined pan. Pour mixture over beef and wrap with foil, securing tightly. Bake in 350 degree oven until tender. Slice meat on diagonal and serve.
