3 soft avacados, peeled and seeded
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cans (1 3/4 oz) double rich chicken broth
1 European cucumber, unpeeled, cut into chunks
2 small cloves garlic, minced, or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash of tobasco
1 8 oz carton sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in blender and process until smooth. Before serving, blend in sour cream and garnish with avacado slices.
