French Onion Soup Recipe

1/4 c butter
4 c thinly sliced onions
4 cans -10.5 oz- beef bouillon undiluted- not consume
1 tsp salt
4-6 French bread slices, 1” thick
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in Dutch oven, add onions and sauté stirring until golden brown, 8 minutes. Pour bouillon and salt in Dutch oven. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 30 minutes. Meanwhile, toast Fr. bread under broiler until brown on both sides. Sprinkle a side of each slice with some grated cheese. Put under broiler 1 minute or until cheese is bubbly. Pour soup into tureen or into individual soup bowls. Float toast, cheese on top.
