1 large bag of sour cream & onion potato chips
4 large crappie (not fillets)
8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Smear the 4 cleaned crappie with sour cream. Crush potato chips, roll fish in the chips. Cover fish thoroughly with chips. Place on wire rack and bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Place a baking sheet under the fish to catch any drippings.
