1 1/3 c water
1 1/3 c Minute Rice
3 Tbsp butter
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c chopped onion
2-3 Tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 1 c of water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in rice. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook egg in butter in a 10 skillet until set. Add onion and the rice, and cook and stir over medium heat until rice and onion are lightly browned- about 5 minutes. Combine remaining water and soy sauce. Stir into rice.
