1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
2. 10 oz packages frozen spinach , thawed
2. 3 oz packages cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp butter, softened
4 Tbsp milk
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground black pepper , to taste

Preheat oven to 350ļ.
Place artichokes in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Squeeze spinach dry. Place on top of artichokes. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in milk. Spread over spinach. Top with ground pepper and Parmesan.
Cover and refrigerate as long as 24 hours. Bake, covered 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
