5 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 package dry Lipton onion soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 small carton sour cream
Chopped chives to taste
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c crumbled potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Stir in 3/4 c chips. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining chips on top of casserole.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
