5 c carrots, cooked, sliced, drained and cooledó- May use canned carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1/2 c salad oil
1 c sugar
3/4 c vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Combine all in a large bowl. Mix and cover. Let mellow in refrigerator at least one day. May serve warm or cold. Keep refrigerated.
