1 C Corn Meal
1 C Flour
1/2 C Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 beaten egg
1 C milk
3 T vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F

Use Stone Pie Pan or Big Round Stone if recipe is doubled

Combine Dry Ingredients in a bowl

Mix Egg & ilk in a separate bowl or measuring cup

Stir in Vegetable oil & mix thoroughly

Pour into Stone Pie Pan or Big Round Stone if recipe is doubled

Bake for 25-30 min or until the knife comes out clean
