1 pkg (400 g) kraft tex-mex nachos shredded cheese, divided
1/2 cup chunky salsa
8 medium flour tortillas
1 tomato chopped
1 avocado chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
2 teaspoons lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
SET ASIDE 1 cup (250 ml) cheese.
Mix remaining cheese & salsa
Place 1/3 cup mixture on half of each tortilla; fold over
Cook tortillas a few at a time, in ungreased frypan on medium heat, approximately 2 min per side.
Cool 5 min; cut each into 3 triangles.
SPRINKLE reserved cheese on top of triangles; place under broiler to melt cheese.
STIR together remaining ingredients.
Spoon 1 Tbsp (15 ml) mixture on each quesadilla just before serving. Makes 24 triangles.
