2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 16 oz can Libby’s Solid Pack Pumpkin
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 1/2 c -12 fluid oz- undiluted evaporated milk
1 9” unbaked homemade pie shell with high fluted edge
Whipped topping, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Reduce to 350 degrees.

Preheat oven to 425. Combine filing ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes at 425.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool; cover with Saran Wrap.
If desired, serve with whipped topping.
