1 8 oz pkg yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick of butter, melted

Filling:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick of butter
1 16 oz box of powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first 3 ingredients and mix well. Pat into a lightly greased 9 X 13" baking pan.
Prepare filling, Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and butter and beat well, add powdered
sugar and mix well. Spread filling over cake mixture.
Bake at 350 F for 40 - 50 minutes. You want the center to be a little gooey so don't over bake.

Variations:
For the holidays, add a 15 oz can of pumpkin to the filling with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Can also use lemon cake, adding lemon juice and zest to the filling.
Use spiced cake, add nuts and shredded carrots.
Use chocolate cake, add 1 cup peanut butter and nuts.
