1 head lettuce
1 c diced celery
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
10 oz pkg frozen peas (not cooked)
1 medium onion, diced
8 slices bacon, fried & chopped
1 1/2 c green pepper, diced (optional)
2 c mayonnaise & 2 Tbsp sugar mixed together
8 oz pkg Mozarella cheese (or any hard cheese), shredded

Prepare one day before serving. Layer ingredients (do not mix) in serving dish in the order listed.
