Crust:
1/2 c oil
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt

Filling:
3 1/2 Tbsp Strawberry Jell-O
3 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
2/3 c sugar
1 1/2 c water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Blend 1st 3 ingredients together, then add the flour and salt. Put in pie pan. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Cool.

Filling:
Cook everything together except strawberries until thick. Cool. Put sliced strawberries in baked pie shell and pour the filling mixture over them. Serve with Cool Whip.
