1 sleeve Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/4 c melted butter
1-20 oz can of pineapple tidbits, drained(retain 6 Tbsp of the juice)
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c sugar
5 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Greased 8x 8 baking dish
Combine sugar, flour and cheese. Add pineapple and mix. Pour into greased dish.
In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers, butter and pineapple juice.
Spread cracker mix over the top of the pineapple mixture.
Bake 30-35 minutes.
Serve warm.
