8 cup puffed whaet (or other cereal)
1/3 cup butter or margerine (hard)
1/2 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
-Measure cereal into bowl
-In a saucepan add all other ingredients & bring to a boil(3-5 min)
-Pour over cereal in a 9 x 13 greased pan
-Let set at room temperature (30-45 min)
