4T olive oil
1 lemon juiced
2 garlic cloves chopped
S&P to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
4-6 cups fresh Kale, washed and ready
1/2 c toasted breadcrumbs
2/3 cup parmesan or pecorino cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, S&P and red pepper flakes. Add Kale and combine making sure to cover all leaves. Let sit in refrigerator for an hour.
Prior to serving, lightly toast and add breadcrumbs and cheese to salad. Toss well.
