2 packages yeast dissolved in cup warm water
6 Tablespoons sugar
pound butter
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
5 cups plain flour (sifted)

Cream Cheese Filling
4 8-ounce cream cheese
4 egg yolks
10 Tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla

Glaze
1 box powdered sugar
1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
orange juice

Bread
Mix yeast and water and add sugar. Cream together softened butter, eggs and sour cream. Add flour and yeast mixture, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day divide dough into four or five pwarts for the braids. Roll each into a 9x12 inch rectangle (can be a little smaller) and place on greased baking sheet.

Cream Cheese Filling
Beat ingredients well with mixer. Spoon filling down center of dough. With scissors or sharp knife, cut dough along both sides of filling into 1 inch wide strips. Fold strips from side to side over filling. Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place for about an hour, maybe a little longer. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes'

Glaze
Mix sugar, lemon juice and orange juice to desired spreading consistency. Mix all indreadients and frost braid.
