Long skinny loaf of French bread, sliced diagonally
1 can artichokes chopped
1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
1/4 scallions
3 cloves garlic pressed
2T olive oil
1.5 T balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread slices on a cookie sheet and place in a 350 oven. Lightly brush with olive oil and bake on once side for 10 minutes. Flip over and bake a few minutes until lightly brown on opposite side.

Mix all ingredients together and top on bread as it comes out of oven. Serve warm or cold.
