1 french bread, long and skinny loaf, sliced diagonally
1 can artichokes, chopped
1 c. cherry tomatoes, chopped
¼ c. scallions
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tbsp. olive oil
1½ tbsp. balsamic vinegar
½ tsp. pepper, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Layer bread slices on a cookie sheet and lightly brush with olive oil. Bake on one side for 10 minutes. Flip over and bake a few minutes until lightly brown on opposite side. Mix all ingredients together and top on bread as it comes out of oven. Serve warm or cold.
