Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini (packed)
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into two greased load pans and bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes on rack.
