2 roma tomatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic, minced
3 tsps. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. fresh basil
cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the chopped tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese and basil together in a small bowl. Slice the bread into 1" thick slices. Broil the bread on the top rack until slightly brown. Remove bread from oven and spoon mixture onto the bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil for 2 more minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
