1 medium garlic clove, sliced in
2 loaves baguette bread, cut in 24 slices
cup red onion, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
4 medium tomatoes, diced
24 medium basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Rub cut sides of garlic over one side of each bread slice; place bread on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, flipping once about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, onion and oil in a bowl. Spoon tomato mixture evenly on bread slices. Top each with basil leaf and serve.
