In skillet, brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning according to directions to make taco meat.
Fry tortillas in 1/4" of oil and drain on paper towels until ready to use. Heat the tomato sauce in a
small skillet or pot that's big enough to dip the tortillas in (they will be coated with sauce).
Have all of the vegetables cut and ready. Have the cheese shredded.
Take a corn tortilla, dip it in the hot tomato sauce and place it on a plate.
Top it with a spoonful of meat, some onion, tomato, cheese.
Top this with another tomato sauce dipped tortilla.
Place a fried egg on top and eat.
