1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 pkg chili seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
3 cans pinto bean, not drained

Directions:
Directions:
In an iron skillet brown the ground beef adding in the lemon pepper, onion powder and garlic.
Then add the seasoning mix and water. Cook until the seasoning mix is dissolved.

Add the tomatoes, rinsing the can with a little water to get all the juice, then add the beans.

Simmer for 1/2 hour and serve.

For me and Jim this recipe makes a good sized bowl each with two bowls left over.
For Henry, 1 bowl with 1 bowl left over. I guess it depends on one's appetite.
