3 boneless chicken breasts (I use chicken tenders)
2 # peppered bacon ( this is too much spice for me so I use regular bacon)
1 - 26 oz can whole jalapeņos
1- 6 oz pkg pepper jack cheese
1 - 16 oz bottle Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
1) Slice jalapeņos lengthwise and remove stems and seeds
place nice cold water and set aside
2) Pound chicken to 3/8 inch - set aside
3) Slice cheese to 1/8 inch x 1/2 inch square
4) Slice chicken into 3/4 x 1 inch strips
5) Fold jalepenos over cheese
6) Wrap jalapeņo and cheese with chicken strips
7) Wrap all with one whole piece of bacon - secure with toothpicks

Marinate overnight in dressing. Grill over medium coals until bacon crisp
