12 oz. milk chocolate
lb. unsalted butter, room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Melt milk chocolate over double boiler. Add softened butter to melted chocolate that is about 86F or 30C and mix with a whisk or chocolate will solidify and the filling will become chunky. Fill a pastry bag and design shapes to your desire on wax paper. Put in cooler for hour so the filling will harden.
