6 cups bread, cubed
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
3 cubes chicken boullion
¼ cup dried minced onion
½ cup dried minced celery
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. sage
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake bread 8-10 minutes. In a large bowl, toss bread with remaining ingredients till evenly coated. Store in air tight container. Will keep for 1-4 months or 12 months frozen. Cook just like you would for pre-packaged mix. Combine 2 cups stuffing mix with ½ cup water and 2 tbsps. melted butter. Makes 7 cups.
