1 T olive oil
1 # Italian sausage
12 oz pasta sauce - your choice (I use the vodka sauce)
2 cups power greens
3/4 C. water
24 oz Raviolini fresh - your choice of flavors
1/2 C. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in oil breaking apart as it cooks. Meanwhile cook pasta for about 3-4 minutes. Drain. To sausage add greens, sauce, and pasta. Add a little of pasta water if needed. Toss to coat and serve with parmesan cheese
