Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 oz pkg spaghetti noodles
2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
1 medium onion diced
salt and pepper
20 minute spaghetti sauce or 2 jars of spaghetti sauce
2 c. finely shredded mozzarella
1 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil spaghetti noodles according to box directions. Drain and set aside. Brown hamburger with diced onion, salt and pepper. Combine ground beef with spaghetti sauce. Grease 9x13 pan, mix spaghetti thoroughly with spaghetti sauce. Put 1/3 of the spaghetti into 9x13 pan, and top with 1/3 of the cheeses. Put a second layer of spaghetti in, and add 1/3 of the cheese across the top. Finish with remaining spaghetti and top with the rest of the cheese. If you have extra sauce as you go along, spoon it over the noodle layers evenly. Bake in a 350 oven, for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and has started to brown. Cut into squares and serve! This is exactly how I make lasagna, I just replace the spaghetti noodle with lasagna noodles, starting with a layer of 3 noodles and layering with spaghetti sauce/hamburger mixture and cheeses. I make 3 layers and if I have enough noodles I top with noodles and cheese. I like the crunchy top.

Personal Notes:
Never a fan of ricotta or cottage cheese. This spaghetti bake/lasagna is a family favorite. I would add mushrooms to mine, if I could get away with it!
