2 Cans Mexican Corn
1 Bag Yellow Rice
1 Can Cream of Celery
1 Bag of Mild Cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook yellow rice by bag instructions, when done combine rice , corn cream of celery in bowl together.
Place in an 8x8 buttered dish then spread with cheeses. Cook on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
