½ to ¾ cup hot water
1½ cups skim milk powder
1 lb. Crisco
½ lb. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lbs. icing sugar

Directions:
Blend together crisco and margarine and beat 3 minutes. Mix in salt, vanilla, hot water and skim milk powder. On low speed add icing sugar a little at a time and continue to blend for 3 additional minutes.
