3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cups oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups grated carrots
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons vanilla
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup nuts
1 cup drained crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar and oil well. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Bake at 300 for 1 hourr and 15 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
