3 pounds of strawberry rhubarb
4 cups sugar
2 lemons, juice + grated rind.
1 cup pineapple, cut into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and boil mixture until it is thick and clear.
Pack into hot Ball Jars and seal immediately.
