5 lbs baking potatoes peeled
1/2 pint sour cream
1 8 oz. container cream cheese
tsp pepper
tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
tsp onion salt

Directions:
Directions:
This is a great option for holiday mashed potatoes that feed a crowd and can be made ahead! Cook potatoes until soft and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Place in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Optional: dot with butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese prior to baking.
