2 pounds Hamburg
1/2 pound ground pork
3 eggs
2 slices of bread soaked
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
Salt
Pepper
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2-3 cups Italian style breadcrumbs (Progresso, Four C)
2 gloves minced garlic

Optional: minced onion / parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat,eggs, soaked bread, spices, garlic, milk, olive oil. Add cheese and then add Italian breadcrumbs to make the mixture not too wet.

Let mixture sit for 20 minutes.

Roll into balls and fry in olive oil. Brown all sides. Can be frozen at this point, or add to tomato sauce.
