2 c. rice
1 large can whole tomatoes
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
3 stalks celery
1 large can mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Shrimp (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
Place margarine in skillet and brown bell pepper, onion, celery and mushrooms. When done, add tomatoes and heat. In saucepan cook rice. Add rice to skillet mixture and simmer until well heated. Add shrimp if desired. Season with salt and pepper.
