Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Includes 3 salad fillings and icing to cover. First, make your 3 salad fillings. Next, prepare the icing before beginning to make the loaf. For the sandwich fillings, use the following 3. These salads are made as usual for a sandwich filling: Ham salad or tuna fish salad; egg salad; ground roast beef salad.

Icing:
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. catsup
½ tsp. onion juice (optional)
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. salt

Mix the above together until it becomes a soft cream. Make sure it is thin enough to spread on bread. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more catsup or a teaspoon of water.

Loaf:
12 slices bread with crust removed
Sliced olives or chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
On a platter place 3 slices of bread. Lay them flat with the ends touching. Next, spread the ground roast beef salad on top of these bread slices. Cover this with 3 more bread slices and on these spread ham or tuna salad filling. Cover with the final 3 bread slices. Then, ice the sandwich loaf, placing the icing on the sides first, then on the top. When the loaf is iced, sprinkle on olive slices or chopped parsley on the top. If the loaf is not going to be used immediately, cover it, or the cheese will dry out.
