1 lb. hamburger
c. chopped celery
c. chopped green pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or to taste
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Boil onions in approximately 3 cups water until transparent, add remaining ingredients except hamburger and cornstarch and cook until tender. Add hamburger and cornstarch. Cook until it thickens. Serve over rice.
