1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 small pkg vanilla pudding
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sherry, any kind
4 eggs
1 tsp nutmeg
powdered sugar to sprinkle on top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. I use a bundt pan but any cake pan will do.
Bake at 325 F for 45 -50 minutes

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top or can frost with your favorite frosting.
