8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) jar salsa
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (6-ounce) can large pitted ripe olives

Directions:Spread each tortilla, almost to the edge, with cream cheese. Cover each with 2 tablespoons salsa. Sprinkle each with green onions and cilantro. Sprinkle cheese on top. Be careful to keep tortilla edges clean. In a single row, lay olives about 1/4 of the way down each tortilla. Roll tortillas very tightly starting at the olive end. Cover completely with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Slice into thin pinwheels before serving.
