CRUST:
500 ML - 2 Cups crushed graham wafers or graham wafer crumbs
75 ML - 1/3 Cups butter or margarine, melted

FILLING:
125 g - 1 package cream
4 serving size - 1 package Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix
500 ML - 2 cups prepared whipped Topping (Cool Whip)

STRAWBERRY GLAZE:
85 g - 1 package Strawberry Jelly Powder
250 ML - 1 cup boiling water
424 g - 1 package frozen sliced strawberries
20 g - 1 1/2 Tablespoons MPK Foods Glaze Dry Mix for Strawberries(optional)

Optional: Instead of using the prepared glaze, you can substitute 1 can of Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
For the crust, combine the wafer crumbs and the butter; Press into 13 x 9-inch (3.5L) pan. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes. Cool. Filling: Beat the ream cheese with 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk until smooth. Add remaining milk and the instant pudding mix to the cream cheese mixture; prepare as directed on the package. Fold instant pudding into prepared dessert topping. Spread evenly over the crust. Chill.

Strawberry Glaze: Dissolve jelly powder in boiling water. If you are using the MPK glaze powder, mix it into the jelly powder before adding the boiling water. Use a whisk to mix thoroughly. Add frozen strawberries, breaking apart with a fork. Stir until slightly thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes. Spoon over chilled mixture in pan. Chill until firm. Overnight works well. Cut into squares and serve.
Refrigerate any leftovers.

Personal Notes:
This is the perfect make ahead dessert with a delightful flavor combination of cheesecake and strawberries. You may substitute cherry pie filling for the strawberry glaze. I've made it many times as it is a family favorite. Saves time as it can be prepared the day before.
