1/2 cup Margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Corn Syrup

Add: 3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla


Raisins, currents, pecans and or cocoanut.


2 dozen premade or frozen tart shells thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Put raisins, nuts, currents and or cocoanut in tart shells. Pour syrup mixture over or spoon two to three tablespoons into shells. Bake in a 350F oven for about 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
You may freeze these up a year. They do not boil over in the oven as easy as some of the other Butter tart recipes that I have tried.
